Coverage of Delivery

We ship to all locations in Singapore except for Jurong Island and Pulau Ubin.

Delivery Duration

All successfully placed orders will be packed within 1 working day and shipped out by the next working day. Delivery is estimated to take an additional 2-3 working days.

Courier Service

Our orders are sent via courier service – SF Express, and they must be signed for upon successful delivery. You will receive a Delivery Notice via email on the day of delivery. If no one is available to sign for the delivery, an Absent Notice will be sent via email.

Track your Order

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been successfully shipped. This email will contain a tracking number. Kindly note that you will only be able to track the delivery status once you receive the tracking number.

Shipping Cost

The shipping cost is determined by the weight of the products and will be displayed prior to checkout.
